Lipliner

Lip Linner is used to keep the color of the lip line "crisp" and helps keep lipstick from "bleeding".  It is not ment to give a strong, dark lip line color.  The colors used are ment to blend with the makeup you use, no take the place of it. 

 Lip color will follow the contour of the lips, at the same time correcting an uneven lip line.  The appearance of wrinkles can be minimized and lips can be made to appear  fuller.  The procedure also helps lipstick from bleeding.

Lip linner is a progressive procedure. It takes it may take two applications to create a really great lip line.
